President Trump delivered the longest State of the Union address in U.S. history Tuesday, surpassing his own 100-minute record from last year. Trump declared America was "winning again,"championing his immigration crackdowns, tariff policies, and a new retirement plan matching workers' contributions up to $1,000 annually starting next year. He also announced AI tech companies agreed to pay higher electricity rates near their data centers. Trump called the Supreme Court's tariff ruling "unfortunate" but vowed to use alternative laws to keep tariffs in place, boldly predicting they could one day replace the income tax. Democratic Representatives Al Green was removed from the chamber for the second straight year. Trump also warned Iran that while he prefers diplomacy, he will never allow the world's top terror sponsor to obtain a nuclear weapon.
