Trade245 withdrawal still pending, what's their withdrawal time?

I initiated a withdrawal from my Trade245 account and it has been two days already and I don't know how else to reach them (they are not responding to mails). Please how long does their withdrawal take on the average?

I have not traded with this broker but their website says withdrawals are processed same day. If you have not received your withdrawal they may be requesting for additional documents for verification so check your email and spam folder for any correspondence from them.

Trade245 withdrawals take 24 hours but they are very strict on verification of documents and stuff like that; and this can affect your withdrawal time. In your case you have not stated the means of withdrawal you selected but my thoughts are you have some pending documentation issues so you should get in touch with them again.
