Asking for a friend; anyone know the true minimum deposit at Alpha Markets? A friend of mine is looking to open a Raw Spread Account.

Hi George, Alpha Markets is a South African intermediary that facilitates trades between the client and another broker, Just thought you should know this first.

The minimum deposit is $5 or around 95 ZAR for the Standard Accounts at Alpha Markets. However, for the Raw Spread Account, the minimum deposit is $9 (about 170 ZAR).

They are good in accepting deposits but when its time for withdrawal it can take 7 days.be careful with this broker a hriend of mine had a similar experience of delayed withdrawals.

Alpha markets is a high-risk broker mainly because there is no clear way to contact them. On their website, there is no phone number, no email and no live chat. If you have a problem with your deposit, it may take ages to resolve it.
