any disadvantage of trading on the 1 minute timeframe?

My name is Melody, and I am new here; this is my first question: is there anything wrong with trading on the 1 minute timeframe? if yes, what are the disadvantages i should be aware of?

Welcome aboard Melody! if you have a tested strategy that involves a 1 minute time frame then go for it. But personally i switch to the 1 minute time frame only when I am looking to catch a change in trend early.

Using the 1 minute timeframe has the advantage of letting you spot changes early before others using higher time frames do.

One disadvantage of the 1 minute time frame in my experience has been it has a lot of noise and false signals and requires you staring at the screen for long periods of time.

Too many candles on your screen, you also get lots of false signals on the 1-minute chart.
