No it cant and I suspect that was intentionally done by MetaTrader makers to force people to transition to MT5

Happens to everyone, that's why guardrails are important for traders, systems that lock you out when you reach a daily loss limit
Some traders spend all their time trying to avoid getting hit, instead of hitting back. Tey spend time playing defense instead of attack.
If losses are the only way towards profit, then we move through it; we are not scared of seeing losses in our trading account statement
Strategy has to do with what you see before you enter/exit a trade etc. while a trading plan has to do with stuff like what you do after taking a loss, etc.
Some brokers have systems that clear the negative balance in your account immediately while others wait till they run their overnight reconciliation before the negative balance is cleared.
The ones that let the negative balance sit in your account till midnight I would say are risking regulatory sanction.
Yes, the forex market will be open so you can trade forex on good Friday and Easter Monday. However, some stock exchanges may be closed on these holidays so you may not be able to trade Index CFDs.
This question depends on the timeframe you are trading on. When I am trading on a 5-minute timeframe, I wait till I see 3 consecutive bullish candles before Ii buy and vice versa.
