My dad used to be a banker and he told me where he worked, only women were employed to the banks FX trading desk. It made me wonder if the banks think women are better traders than the men folk. Contributions are welcome
I don't think women do, maybe the bank is looking at it from a fraud point of view, thinking women have less capacity to engage in fraudulent activity
Yes, because women are more patient and have less of an ego than male traders
I agree we women are more patient with lower levels of testosterone
There's only one problem: we dont have enough women in the trading space to measure this
Who is the best trader in the world? Oh yeah I guess its a man!
But why are more women not into trading? seems to be a male-dominated field
