GBPNZD Sell Setup (Simple Breakdown)

The Chart Story:

- Price has been in a downtrend but recently pushed up strongly.

- We have a clear order block / liquidity zone at the recent highs (the boxed area).

- There's a single candle wick sticking out, this is where stop-losses and liquidity sit.

Why it makes sense:

The market loves to grab liquidity first (the single candle), then moves in the real direction. This is a classic liquidity grab + reversal setup.

Entry Tip: Don't jump in early. Wait for confirmation after the sweep (bearish candle or structure break).

GBPNZD Possible Buy Setup

Hey traders,

We're looking at a buy opportunity on GBPNZD right now. Here's the clean multi-timeframe reasoning:

Higher Timeframes Confirmation:

- On the Daily chart: Price strongly rejected a key support level and broke out on the 4-hour timeframe.

- On the 4-hour.chart: Price rejected a support zone and broke out on the 1-hour timeframe.

This shows buyers are stepping in with momentum from the higher timeframes.

5-Minute Entry Plan (where we're executing):

We've scaled down to the 5m chart. We're waiting for price to pull back and tap into the 5-minute Order Block (the demand zone where buyers previously showed strength).

In the 5m:

- We're watching for a Market Structure Shift(price breaking a recent high, confirming bullish momentum).

- Targeting liquidity above the recent swing high.

- The POI (Point of Interest) is that 5m Order Block.

GBP/NZD Trade Breakdown

The market was in a clear uptrend based on the Daily timeframe. Price reacted strongly from a key level on the daily chart and started pushing higher.

On the 4H timeframe, we saw Higher Highs and Higher Lows, classic sign of bullish market structure. Price pulled back to a strong Order Block (a high-probability demand zone where buyers previously stepped in aggressively). This pullback was healthy and gave us a perfect area to look for long entries to continue the uptrend.

Simple takeaway:

We trade in the direction of the higher timeframe trend (Daily & 4H), use pullbacks to strong order blocks for entry, and wait for lower timeframe confirmation (liquidity sweep + CHOCH) before pulling the trigger.

My opinion is trading in the direction of the higher timeframe is for swing traders. The fact that a higher timeframe is say bullish does not mean you cannot short, the market doeesnt move in a straight line it goes up and down
