London Session Forex Time in Kenya

Hello forex traders in Kenya! Does anyone know the London session forex time in Kenya? Like when exactly does the London session start and when exactly does it end? I also want to ask which time zone is MetaTrader set to is my MT5 going to show Kenyan time?

The London session is from 11 AM till around 8 PM Kenyan time and it is the best time to trade FX pairs of European countries example EUR/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/GBP, GBP/CHF etc.

London session opening time In Kenya is as follows:

1. When the Uk is on Greenwich mean Time(GMT), London session opens at 8am GMT which is 11am in Kenya.

2. When the Uk is on British summer time(BST), London session opens at 7am GMT which is 10am in Kenya.

By default, the London session starts by 8 am in the United Kingdom, so just convert it to Kenyan time.
