I have been locled out of my account, they changed the CRM client login to a new design and didnt make appropriate provision for a smooth transition of accounts to this new CRM. Customer support is also limited to email and whatsapp which is not good enough, they need to do better

a really affordable broker especially for beginners. taking money out of my account was also easy with speedy withdrawals. The only area they need to improve on is their support.

They do alot of local canvassing and community events and I attended one and got a free branded t-shirt. Might not seem like alot but I am comfortable with a broker that cares and carries people along.

The RCG Markets bonus is very helpful not just for beginners but for experts because it lets you test the broker with a live account. All their services are localized for South Africa making them one of the best forex brokers in South Africa for beginners.

Been using RCG Markets for 2 years now and they do not manipulate spreads or stop loss the only negative thing I have to say about them is they do not offer telephone support they prefer sending you emails and its easy to miss an email so they should focus on phone support and live chat.

Last time I traded with them I noticed withdrawals were not processed same day. I don't know if this has changed because I have not traded since then. Other than that, RCG Markets is great for starters

Their Micro Account is so good and helped me when starting because I can trade with as little as 5 ZAR on the account so risk management is great on the account

RCG is a very good forex broker here in South Africa, they are cheap to use and although they don't have lots of tools I can always use the demo account of another broker for my technical analysis. The main attraction to RCG for me is the low trading fees and fast execution.

Not so good customer support but I traded with them because of the low minimum deposit, the fact that they can help you get funded & and the fact that they are indigenous to South Africa
