Customer service is so poor, they automate every attempt to reach them so it feels robotic. If you have a problem dont expect to get help from a human, they refer you to their help center or to a bot

Been trading with saxo for 2 years now and they are a reliable full-sercice broker. Their spreads on forex are tight and buying stocks is straightforward
