SAYLOR: You don't need Washington's permission to tell people to "BUY BITCOIN."

“Bitcoin advocacy is free speech.”

Americans can publicly discuss, advocate for, and recommend owning Bitcoin without a license because it is a “commodity, not a security,” according to Saylor.

He stressed that fraud and manipulation remain illegal.

These comments follow ongoing debates in Washington regarding crypto regulation. The CLARITY Act would define boundaries between the SEC and CFTC, though both already treat Bitcoin as a digital commodity.

Saylor has consistently distinguished Bitcoin from the broader regulatory debate. Last month, he stated:

“Bitcoin doesn't need CLARITY. America needs clarity.”

Some that has sense

But sentiments that affect it doesn't use sense🤦
