$AAPL is outpacing memory stocks right now and is highly underrated going into rest of 2026

And it has a big slate for the next 6 months:

> at least 3 new phones including a controversial iPhone Ultra foldable phone with IMAX style aspect ratio

> Watch, MacBook, Mac minis, etc as usual

> Improved Siri system based on its partnership with $GOOGL

> new CEO John Ternus

Memory concerns have thus far been no concern at all, in fact its leading to rushed sales to third party stores and almost every entry model Apple device selling out.

With AI models like Kimi K3 causing subscriptions to sell out, this could continue until neoclouds like $NBIS become mainstream.

Many believe the price increases are bearish and thats unlikely. It's "bad" for consumers, but usually means higher profits for the stock.

This is a common misconception. Don't like to admit that but with 15%-28% increase on devices and 17% average increase on software, it's possible to see an extra $160b of revenue.

The largest clearing house on Earth just moved stocks onchain.

It used Ondo to do it.

And most people holding the token still cannot tell you what they actually own.

The DTCC settled this much in 2025:

4.7 quadrillion dollars.

That same machine now has a tokenization pilot live, and Ondo issued the first tokenized stock representations on top of it.

Ondo Stocks already crossed 1 billion dollars in TVL.

Over 430 tokenized stocks and ETFs are live right now.

Tokenized Treasuries sit near 2 billion dollars in real world assets.

A cross border redemption just settled between JPMorgan, Mastercard and Ripple in under five seconds.

Then SBI, one of Japan’s largest financial houses, signed on to bring Japanese equities onchain.

So the platform is winning, and it is winning loudly.

Here is the part nobody wants to say out loud.

Right now the token holder has no direct claim on that revenue and no claim on those assets.

The adoption is real. The value accrual to the token is simply not switched on yet.

Everything hinges on one event.

The moment Ondo routes platform value back to the token, this stops being a story about price and becomes a story about ownership.

Until then you are not betting on if. You are betting on when.

On the weekly a close back above 0.50 flips structure to higher highs.

Lose 0.32 and the base becomes the conversation again.

The people who read the docs always buy before the people who read the price.

👉JAPAN 🇯🇵: Just passed a law making crypto a financial product, same framework as stocks. The new 20% tax rate only applies on licensed domestic platforms. Foreign exchanges stay at 55%.

Why it matters: Backpack has been in Japan's licensing pipeline since December 2024 and the founder lives in Tokyo. If they get the license, the tax gap alone pushes Japanese volume to them. A $13 trillion household savings market.

👉EU 🇪🇺: MiCA deadline hit July 1. Unlicensed exchanges are out. Even Binance had to suspend operations. And here's the detail most miss: perpetuals need a separate MiFID II license that almost nobody has.

Why it matters: Backpack holds all three licenses. MiCA, MiFID II, PSD2. In regulated EU derivatives it's basically Kraken and Backpack. That's the whole competition.

👉US 🇺🇸: DTCC, the vault behind all of Wall Street, launches its tokenization service in October. 50+ firms are building it together.

Why it matters: Backpack is one of them, sitting next to BlackRock and Schwab. Plus a CFTC decision expected the same month.
