Best 4 Minor Currency Pairs to Trade

« Previous 1 2 3

In This Thread, I'll be Giving a Daily Technical Analysis Breakdown of the 4 Best Minor Currencies to Trade Daily and Weekly. Their correlation is highly positive and I nicknamed them as the 4-Siblings. The Pairs are EURAUD, GBPAUD, EURNZD, GBPNZD. There's the fifth in their category AUDNZD, but it's price action is not as clean as these ones, and it's market behaviour is often erratic.

EURAUD mid-term bias. on Monthly, I'm looking at the completion of this HnS. Thus expecting the Buys to Reach the 1.66120-1.67578 resistance price region, before strong sells step in.

EURAUD Weekly: Price is closing as a bullish engulf. Hence stronger buys will be likely witnessed next week.

Still on the Weekly, expecting price brief pullbacks back to 1.6387 region to gain momentum for a stronger bounce to the upside.

EURAUD D1: with just Friday trading day left, I expect price to continue consolidating, just as it's been doing since Wednesday. Then next week starts with sells, before the buy continuations.

EURAUD H4: Despite my pullback expectations on Wk1 and D1, price is still bound by a 4hr bullish channel, although it's been consolidating as though it wants to trade out of it. This channel can lead to the buy continuations without the pullbacks, because price is backed up by an internal support level @ 1.6427

EURAUD H1: price has been trading between 1.6470 and 1.6433. A breakout to either sides, will signal its next direction. Currently price is in an indecision phase.

EURAUD M15: the Range can be traded, but I'll apply extreme caution.

To trade the range, I'll first want to see a flag pattern build up towards the Sell Zone

Then wait for a 15mins HnS to form at the Sell zone.

Next, I'll love to see the invalidation of the flag pattern. Once price break out and retest, I'll execute.

EURAUD today: price still stayed Confined to the channel, and continued the bullish movements.

It may continue the buys regardless of what we think, you know price has a mind of it's own

I'm expecting EURAUD to start with sells next week, before continuing the buys.

That's a reasonable scenario, but the rebound from 1.65146 tells me buyers are still defending that support. I will only look for shorts if price fails to break above the current recovery and starts printing lower highs on the lower timeframes. If the support continues to hold and bulls reclaim higher structure, I would rather wait for the pullback to finish and look for the continuation buys instead. The reaction around 1.65146 is the key level I'd be watching.
