Demand โ†’ confirmation โ†’ expansion. That's the sequence I'm watching on AUDCAD. Price has reached demand; now I need a bullish break of the internal high. If that happens, the weak high around 1.0010 becomes the liquidity objective I'm interested in.

AUDCAD has retraced deeply into the bullish range and reached the demand zone near the strong low. Now the question is whether buyers can actually regain control. A break above the internal high would be my confirmation.

The strong low remains protected for now, while the high above is weak. If price can produce bullish displacement and break the nearby internal high, I'll treat that as confirmation that demand is holding and buyers are taking control again.

I'm not buying AUDCAD simply because price entered demand. I want evidence. The first piece of evidence I'm watching is a clean break of that internal high. No break = no confirmation. Break = bullish structure beginning to develop.

The liquidity picture on AUDCAD is interesting: strong low below, weak high above. Price is currently reacting from demand. If the internal structure shifts bullish, my attention turns toward that weak high as the potential draw on liquidity.

AUDCAD could be preparing for another bullish leg, but confirmation matters here. I'm watching for price to break the internal high, potentially retrace, and then continue expanding higher. Until that happens, this remains an idea rather than a confirmed setup.

AUDCAD BULLISH SCENARIO ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Price reaches demand โœ…

Strong low remains protected โœ…

Weak high sits above โœ…

Internal high still needs to break โณ

If buyers take that internal high with convincing displacement, I'll consider the bullish move from demand confirmed and look for continuation toward the 1.0010 area.

AUDCAD is sitting at an interesting demand zone. Price has reacted from the area, but Iโ€™m not calling the bullish continuation yet. I want to see the marked internal high taken out first. Once that happens, the bullish move from demand gets its confirmation. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

AUDCAD traded above the high and closed above it on 1hr but it was followed with a sharp rejection back to the range. This channel shows price is creating a base before going for another drop. Following a Supply and demand principle.
