My GBPCAD thesis is simple:

Bullish structural shift βœ…

Bullish expansion βœ…

Internal liquidity below current price βœ…

POI around the retracement zone βœ…

External high still available βœ…

So rather than buying at market, I've positioned my limit at 1.87391.

SL 1.87200 | TP 1.88303

A bullish bias doesn't mean buying wherever price happens to be.

GBPCAD is already trading around 1.8780, while my preferred entry is considerably lower.

I'd rather miss the move completely than abandon my execution model.

Entry: 1.87391

SL: 1.87200

TP: 1.88303

GBPCAD has a weak high nearby that could be swept before the deeper retracement.

That's something I'm keeping in mind.

But my limit remains positioned at the POI below because that's where the R:R becomes attractive.

Buy Limit: 1.87391

SL: 1.87200

TP: 1.88303

If price runs without me, so be it.

GBPCAD BUY LIMIT β€” full idea. πŸ“ˆ

Price shifted bullish with the CHoCH and has since continued delivering higher. The current weak high may provide short-term liquidity, but my larger draw remains the external high around 1.88303.

Instead of chasing the move, I'm anticipating a retracement into the internal-liquidity/POI area before another bullish expansion.

Entry: 1.87391

Stop Loss: 1.87200

Take Profit: 1.88303

R:R: β‰ˆ 1:4.8

The setup doesn't require price to retraceβ€”but my execution does. If GBPCAD never reaches my entry, I simply don't have a trade.

EURCAD BUY LIMIT πŸ“ˆ

Price has delivered an internal BOS to the upside and continues to respect bullish structure.

I'm waiting for a retracement rather than chasing price.

Entry: 1.60611

The weak high remains my draw on liquidity.

EURCAD has already shown me the direction I'm interested in.

The recent I-BOS confirms bullish internal order flow, while the low responsible for the expansion remains protected.

My execution:

The weak high sitting around 1.61184 is the main objective for my EURCAD buys.

Price doesn't need to move there in a straight line.

I'm actually looking for the retracement first.

Entry β€” 1.60611

SL β€” 1.60517

TP β€” 1.61184

Liquidity remains the destination. 🎯

EURCAD has pushed into the weak high area and rejected, which makes chasing buys here unattractive.

I'd rather allow price to come back into my POI.

My EURCAD thesis:

Bullish internal BOS βœ…

Strong/protected low βœ…

Retracement POI below price βœ…

Weak high above βœ…

External liquidity available βœ…

I'm positioning at 1.60611, not buying at the current market price.

One thing I won't do is confuse bullish momentum with permission to chase.

EURCAD has already expanded significantly from the lows.

If I want exposure, I want it from my predetermined area.

Buy Limit: 1.60611

Stop Loss: 1.60517

Take Profit: 1.61184

If there's no retracement, there's no trade.

The strong low on EURCAD is important to my bias.

As long as the structure supporting this bullish move remains intact, I'm interested in buying retracements and targeting liquidity above.

My pending setup:

Entry: 1.60611

SL: 1.60517

TP: 1.61184

Simple plan. No need to complicate it.

EURCAD BUY LIMIT UPDATE πŸ“Š

Price is currently pulling away from the weak high after the initial push.

This is where patience becomes important.

I don't need to predict every candleβ€”I need price to reach my execution zone.

Entry: 1.60611

SL: 1.60517

TP: 1.61184

If my level trades, I'll let the setup play out.

Full EURCAD trade idea.

The lower-timeframe structure has shifted bullish, followed by an internal BOS that strengthened my expectation for higher prices. The low beneath the current structure is marked as strong, while the high around 1.61184 remains weak.

Instead of entering after the expansion, I'm waiting for price to retrace into the POI.

Entry: 1.60611

Stop Loss: 1.60517

Take Profit: 1.61184

R:R: approximately 1:6.1

My expectation is retracement β†’ mitigation β†’ bullish continuation β†’ weak-high liquidity. If price doesn't return to my entry, I don't chase it.

The lot size isn't the issue, it's the amount I risk per trade that matter

It's the lot size that will determine the amount you risk isn't it? And where your SL is placed, but just manage your risk well

Didn't even know it was eurcad I thought it was gbpcad, but you can see that eurcad is currently pushing lower to take out a key level to continue it's sells
