Losses is normal just have good win rate

Losses are part of trading, but consistency comes from having a positive expectancy. A solid win rate combined with good risk-to-reward and disciplined execution will outperform trying to avoid losses completely. If EU holds above the new week opening gap definitely I will buy

I will also watch the DXY and upcoming ECB or US data, because a flag invalidation backed by strong fundamentals usually gives the bearish continuation much more conviction than technicals alone.

The Euro Currency index starts the trading week with a strong bearish move, breaking below 114.0 and invalidating the flag pattern it formed last week. Expecting a strong bearish drop this week on EURUSD because of it's technical alignment.

The EU trade I was holding last week because of price jump actually it hit my SL, so I won't trade EU again until I see reactions at those support level, due to the fact that the pair has been ranging

This is one of my challenges with EU- A very stressful Pair. Losses are surely going to be recovered. The bias has fully confirmed bearish on 4hr, aligning with the overall trend bias.

My plan for EU today:

Technical analysis: Since price has invalidated and couldn't hold the support at the new week opening gap then the sell continues because the invalidation level I marked too with the blue line has been violated, so I will be selling at 1.14270

This EXY does it move in the same direction as the Eurusd?

Yes. They are positively correlated. EURUSD market framework is highly Identical with the EXY index.

Yes doe gold still affect by war

By war yes, but from the fundamentals now, dxy is getting weak so gold can start seeing some upside due to the fact that investors would anticipate fed rate cute due to cpi performance which was bad inflation is rapidly falling, so there's no need to continue investing on a save heaven that won't give more yield instead there will want to invest on riskier assets, but sincerely I don't know which one will be prioritised if it's the fear, or dollar weakness, by fear that is the war if they will want to invest on dollar despite the weak cpi data due to war or they will over look the war and invest on gold due to dollar weakness so one must happen it's to look at the technical and continuous fundamentals data, if gold starts making higher lows to higher highs

That demand down there

That zone is a good reaction zone , just waiting for the last 4hr candles to close as a bullish candle, to really get the reaction am looking for
