NFP data shows both the number of new jobs created in the previous month and the unemployment rate for the previous month in the UNITED STATES ONLY

Bad NFP numbers means the us dollar will weaken and good numbers mean us dollar will appreciate.

For example if NFP looks good, expect price of Gold to drop once the news is released, also expect price of EUR/USD to drop and vice versa.

You can check your economic calendar to know when NFP will be released (it is released once a month) and trade accordingly

Yes. You can't scrap our the week just cos of the news. You just have to be careful the day of the news. Sometimes though, price can be very choppy the day before the day of the news
