Bro who else has experienced this: it just feels like the gates of bad trading habits have been opened and all the demons are out. You just find yourself doing the opposite of your strategy. Its like every bad trading habit shows up at once. Every opportunity suddenly looks inviting.

Only trade with money you can afford to lose, there's no shame in doing 0.01 lot size if that's what your pocket can carry. You see, when you cannot afford to lose the money you're trading with, it makes it difficult to close a losing trade and the loss keeps increasing till the broker steps in and closes the trade for you
