how do I delete my rcg markets account?

Hi members, I want to delete my account with rcg markets and open a new type with them but their customer support isnot responding. Does anyone know a quicker way to delete it?

They wont let you delete your trading account for compliance reasons. They can only archive it so send them a mail to that effect.

just leave the rcg markets account inactive for 3 months and withdraw any money inside, they will close it by themselves. When they are closing dormant accounts, any balance from R10 and below will be seized by rcg markets and you have to forfeit it.

To close your rcg markets account, login to your personal area, chat them on live chat and request an account closure. They are going to try to dissuade you from closing your account but if you insist they will close it.

You would have to send an email to rcg markets support stating why you want to close your trading account, state the trading account number of the account you want to close and the email address associated with that account.

Please also note that if your account has trading history rcg markets will not be able to delete it.
