How Long Does RCG Markets Take To Verify Documents?

I am trying to open an account with RCG Markets from South Africa but since I submitted my documents some 2 days ago, I heave not heard from them. Has anyone experienced this & how long did it take for RCG Markets to verify your documents? I need an urgent answer thanks guys!

It took them about 2 days to verify my documents & when uploading, you should ensure your documents are not nearing the end of their lifespan or validity because they could reject it.

They do not have any specific time frame to verify documents. For, me i chatted with their customer support agent via my personal area and she asked me to send the docuents directly to her. It got approved in 24 hours.

RCG Markets takes less than one minute to verify documents, so we can say verification is instant. The only challenge i faced was that they only accept Passport & National ID card as means of verification.

However, my National ID Card here in Nigeria does not contain my date of birth so they rejected it and refused to verify my account, and i was notified in less than a minute.

RCG Markets should introduce Non-document verification where they just ask you for the document number and there will be no need to upload the doc. Brokers like FxPro have Non-document verification and it makes everything easier.

This is the rejection message they sent me immediately after i uploaded the National ID card.

I opened an RCG account from Kenya and it took 3 minutes to be verified using my National Id.Quite seamless and fast.
