While those buys seems clean and possible, it may still be a pullback and it won't take out external high

The strong buys from the news release on EU yesterday was a very significant one. but the daily closed at the key resistance level. I'll be expecting sells for the rest of the week to fill up the gap, then watch out for buys next week.

You should check price now the news have been released

what's your EU projection now that the news has been released?
I have this setup on EU, but the nature of the sells will determine if it is a buy continuation pullback, or a full sell continuation move despite the strong buys from the Fed Interest rate.

GU- on 1hr, a break below the 1.3280 and we'll see a further downside as price has been ranging the entire day, pending Fed news by 7pm.

Your idea was okay but remember yesterday was fed rate and statement, so that caused a change on GU, taking out the protected high which I have marked out, so we will see more upside once the market starts printing protected lows

EU- Yeah. a breakout from either side of the price range on 4hrs will determine which direction the next momentum will drive to.

Price has invalidated the trend line, I won't rush to buy but wait for validation when price starts printing protected highs before i will start looking for buys

The news was very volatile, it took out those protected highs, so waiting is a good idea for it to fill those imbalance before buying again, i am using the fib tool to determine the pullback before I buy

It's just a pullback though, i'd want to see some bearish continuation

EU- It's clear now that the bearish narrative has changed to a bullish narrative. it's best to start looking for buys.

Except price takes out the externa high, there's still hope for sells

The sells I was expecting will no longer hold, as price will likely break above the key resistance level today.

Alright then

I'll join the sellers

GU- has fully resumed its bullish trend. I'm not expecting the consolidation sells again.

I'm still bearish on GBPUSD

The intraday bearish bias on GU has change to bullish, but I'm expecting sell reactions at 1.3436 resistance price level.
