Mine is the Asian session indicator.

An Asian Session Indicator is a tool used by traders to automatically mark the Asian trading session on the chart, helping you identify key levels like the session’s high and low—which are very important for strategies like breakouts and liquidity sweeps.

Bollinger Bands

I like Bollinger Bands because they are easy tomake sense of visually. When you see the 3 bands close to each other in a squeeze, you know its the calm before the storm and there will likely be a burst of volatility soon.

Bollinger Bands are genuinely one of the more intuitive indicators out there, and the squeeze is probably their most actionable signal. The visual nature of it really does lower the barrier to understanding what the market is doing.

That said, one thing worth keeping in mind: a squeeze tells you that volatility is likely coming, but it doesn't tell you which direction the breakout will go. A lot of traders get caught leaning the wrong way after a squeeze because they assumed momentum would continue in the prior trend's direction. Pairing the squeeze signal with something like volume, RSI, or a momentum oscillator can help add some directional conviction before you commit to a trade.

In ranging or choppy markets, squeezes can resolve with a fake out before the real move so using a confirmation candle close outside the band rather than acting on the first touch can save you from some painful whipsaws.
