octafx is a sweet broker but they need to cut down their minimum deposit, and introduce more payment methods.
The customer support on the octafx app should be upgraded from bots to real human agents so they can attend to queries more effectively. I had an issue with withdrawal where they asked for my bank statement and i tried telling them my account has been verified but the AI chat bot kept redirecting me to the main menu and wasting my time.
Careful with Octafx, they were banned in Singapore for operating illegally
had a good experience and they have good support but they should add a micro account or cent account for beginners
