Prop trading is enough stress already, you don't need any additional stress. In my opinion, all props should offer free trials, but because they are not regulated this cannot be enforced

I dont think the day trading is the issue, maybe its a lack of diversification across asset classes, and over-concentration on minor pairs. These minor pairs are very unpredictable.

To me, SMC and ICT are the same thing, they all rely on using support & resistance then calling it fancy names like order block, FVG etc. These concepts rely on using big names to explain rather simple concepts of support & resistance
