To me, SMC and ICT are the same thing, they all rely on using support & resistance then calling it fancy names like order block, FVG etc. These concepts rely on using big names to explain rather simple concepts of support & resistance

person is selling because they saw a bearish engulfing pattern, doesnt always work out like that
