Is Vantage Markets Legit?
Just started trading with Vantage and I opened the Raw Account because the spread on the standard ccount is too high, I would rather pay commissons per trade. So, far it has been good, their TradingView connection is seamless. They should however offer more account currencies especially local ones
Their mobile app for android should be improved so you can set stop loss and take profit directly from the charts
Very professional broker and they do not widen their spread or reduce leverage during important news releases like nfp, cpi
Their raw account is very good with low commission
Withdrawals take time but this issue may be unique to me, i dont know. Overall their customer support is good and spreads are okay
Crypto deposit has not reflected after 2 days of me depositing. Their customer support says they are working on it but yet nothing has changed.

Yes, Vantage is a trading name used by Vantage Global Prime LLP, who are authorized to operate in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Vantage FCA Firm Reference Number is 590299 as seen on their website & reconfirmed from the FCA website.
Vantage is also a member of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) so account holders will get investor protection up to 85,000 GBP.

Vantage minimum deposit for UK traders is 50 USD and with this amount you can open the CFD & Spread Bet account types.

This account offers lower spreads from 0.0 pips but in return, you must pay a fixed commission of 1 USD per side on each standard lot sized trade. The minimum deposit for this account is also 50 USD
4. Premium Account
This account has the highest minimum deposit of 25,000 USD and in return you get spreads from 0.0 pips and you must also pay a flat commission of 0.25 USD per side per side on each standard lot size trade.

Vantage margin calls will come when your margin level drops to 80% & you will be stopped out of the market when your margin level falls to 50%.

Account Opening Procedure
1. Register
To open an account with Vantage, visit their UK website and click on "register" then click on "trade now". You will be redirected to the account opening form after this.
On the account opening form, you will need to fill in your personal details like name, email address & Create a password. You will be sent an email verification code which you will need to input in the form, so ensure your email address is active.
When you have filled in the details, click on "create account". On the next page, you will be required to enter your date of birth and your UK identification/insurance number.
2. Employment & Financial Details
At this stage, you will need to supply information about your employment status & where you intend to get the money you will be trading with from etc.
3. Account Configuration
At this stage, you will need to select the account type you want to open and the trading platform you intend to trade on.
4. Confirm ID
You will need to snap & upload a photo of your means of ID as well as a utility bill to act as your proof of residence.

Vantage Fees - 6/10
1. Spread
Spreads on the Standard Account start from 1.4 pips which is higher than the industry average of 1.1 pips.
on the Raw Account, spreads start from 0.0 pips but on the Premium Account (the account with the highest minimum deposit of 25,000 USD), the spreads start from 0.75 pips.
2. Commission
Because the Raw & Premium Accounts offer lower ECN spreads, you must pay a flat commission of 1 USD per side on the Raw Account & 0.25 USD per side on the Premium Account.
3. Withdrawal Fees
Vantage charges a 20 USD withdrawal fee on Bank Transfer withdrawals but card withdrawals are free.
4. Overnight Fees
Vantage charges an overnight swap fee for CFD trades left open till the next day.
5.Inactivity Fee

The calculator when fed with the relevant input, tells you the margin required to open a new trade, overnight fees applicable & pip value. The calculator does not help you calculate the profit/loss you may make on a trade.

The Vantage Economic Calendar shows you the dates when important economic data (such as NFP, PCE, CPI etc.) is expected to be released so you can trade accordingly.
3. Client Sentiment
This tool shows you how many Vantage traders are long & short on a particular instrument.

Vantage has dedicated email addresses which you can send your queries to. Email responses come in around 30 minutes to 1 hour.

The Vantage Academy is a learning resource where beginners can take online courses to improve their skill. You can sot the educational courses according to the instrument you want to trade.
