REVENGE TRADING PSYCHOLOGY

After losing a trade, the worst thing you can do is immediately re-enter the market.

You're 100% aiming to Revenge

You're trying to win back what you lost.

That's how a 1% loss turns into a 5% loss in one session.

Here's the rule:

✅️ Lose a trade.

✅️ Scan for another opportunity (following your trading plan)

✅️ Close the charts if there are no opportunities.

✅️ Come back tomorrow with a clear head.

Your next trade should have nothing to do with your last one.💯🔥💸

I dont see anything wrong with switching bias I don't do it more than once. So, if I was short and I get stopped out, I can go long if I see the strength. However, if I get stopped out of the long, I wont go short again.

Yes that's why you "scan for another opportunity" when you loose a trade.

Revenge trading is practically mindset. It's revenge when your mind is aiming to recover instead of aiming to get analysis right ✅

I think the key distinction is uncertainty vs. process. Every outcome in life has uncertainty, but in trading the question is whether you're making decisions based on a tested edge or just hoping. If I'm risking 1% on a setup with a defined entry, invalidation, and a positive expectancy over hundreds of trades, that's a risk-managed business decision. If there's no plan or edge, then it becomes gambling. The outcome of a single trade is uncertain, but the quality of the process is what separates trading from gambling. Like the BTC trade I took yesterday, I risked 3k for 24k that's like 1:7RR and with my edge price went my direction to 22k I had to bring my SL to entry incase price reversed without hitting my tp I won't loss to the market instead I applied my edge it worked out I went on with my plans, that's certain, but gambling is chances hope you can understand perfectly

Last week I had gold sell plan but didn't go with it again and didn't buy either so I decided to go into currency but presently this is my plan for gold, since gold has been showing multiple rejections on the 4hr candles i will wait for a rejection and break above the last 4hr candle in the 4hrs timeframe above the support level or if there's a strong break below 4003 I consider it an invalidation and continue with the downward move
