Looking for a buy setup on BTC waiting for price to break above the level I marked out

I have marked out and labelled my chart, if price validate buys I go long if it invalidate I sell to the demand level, BTC has been bearish overall there could either be a continuation or a reversal

Price has actually invalidated I have encircled the trigger candle , if it closes bearish with full body I will be going short, the overall trade idea is that BTC has been overall bearish, and price is making a continuation to the downside after reversing to a supply level, if my trigger candle remain bearish with a full body closure then the short entry will be more valid

BTCUSD Short Trade Breakdown โ€” From Analysis to Execution ๐ŸŽฏ

Trade Result: +$11 Profit

1. Market Bias โ€” Bearish Structure

I started by identifying the overall bearish market structure on BTCUSD. With price showing continued selling pressure, I anticipated a possible continuation to the downside.

2. Supply Zone โ€” Identifying the Reversal Area

Price retraced into a potential supply area, where sellers could regain control. I monitored the reaction around this zone for signs of bearish continuation.

3. Descending Trendline โ€” Validation Level

I marked the descending trendline as my validation level to monitor whether the bearish structure remained intact.

4. Trigger Candle โ€” Entry Confirmation

Rather than entering blindly, I waited for the trigger candle to close bearish with a strong, full-bodied candle, the circle bearish candle. This provided confirmation of selling pressure and strengthened the case for downside continuation.

5. Trade Execution โ€” Target Achieved

Following the bearish confirmation, I executed the short trade and managed the position toward my target. BTCUSD continued downward, and I closed the trade with +$11 profit.

Key Lesson for Beginners:

A good trade is not just about predicting direction. It is about combining market structure, a potential supply-zone rejection, consolidation, and a clear trigger candle before execution. Patience for confirmation helps you avoid entering too early.

But price didn't get to your tp. And the supply zone you sold from didn't break structure either

Check the trigger candle, I marked out follow my post from the beginning you will understand, that trigger candle is why I took the trade after it broke below with full body closure and for the tp I wasn't going to hold to tp price can reverse as there is an upcoming news ppi so the market is not really stable
