As far as you have a valid reason for exiting, then you shouldn't be afraid

There are many ways,

One could be studying your own behaviours up close , but it may require a lot of time and energy to be constantly be aware of them

You could also read books on psychology as well, and that tends to pique ur interest even more because you get to read about the things you experience daily
