Anytime I open the charts I'm always confused it will start looking like I haven't learnt anything about trading before all the chart patterns and candle stick patterns I know seems to disappear from the chart and I just look at the screen confused

How do y'all deal with that? It looks very clean when watching the videos but when you open a chart omo everywhere go first blur 🥲🥲

Well, this used to happen to me initially when I started trading

Why? Because I didn't have a well defined strategy

When you have a strategy you consistently follow, you'll know the things you're looking out for and will always remember them, sure there may be other things you forget if they're not part of your strategy. It happens. But for basic things like what you mentioned, if you're forgetting, then u need to retrace ur roots. Read a book about trading or take an online course. This will help u rebuild from scratch. You may even discover some things that you missed
