Not really and there's a good reason for it

If u notice, you'll here a lot of traders, especially the most profitable ones talk about retirement

One of the reason is because, as a normal human, our brain tends to degenerate as we grow older

So we may eventually start thinking slowly or less effective at some point

You might notice this when you start advancing to 60 or 70 and you strategy which has been profitable for you over the years begins to fail

Most aged traders who don't understand this might get frustrated and begin to look for solutions to what they're experiencing without realizing that it's beyond their control

That's why it's good that if you've advanced to a point where on an average, your wins outweigh your loss, then it's imperative that you begin to diversify your portfolio by investing in other business. This will help you build wealth using multiple avenues

Trading isn't a business ooo, there's a difference. It's a skill which pays you as you learn and continue to advance

A real business isn't necessarily a skill set (it may be), but it's sth that can generate wealth for you even when you're old

And another advantage is that a business can be passed down from generation to generation, but the ability to trade can't

That's why it's important you have a diversified portfolio

One big reason is psychology. A diversified portfolio and more sources of income reduces the pressure to always chase money on the charts.
