Now, the first and basic tool of any trader is the chart

This is where most analysis, especially technical is done(We'll talk about technical analysis later on)

Now, the first and basic tool of any trader is the chart

This is where most analysis, especially technical is done(We'll talk about technical analysis later on)

Now the chart reflects the movement of price within a given time period

Think of it as a graph, with the price of a particular asset(currency pair, commodities etc) on the y-axis and the time period on the x-axis

In other words, chart is a record of historic price action.

The charts shows us what price has done in the past, what price was at every given moment even down to a second, and how exactly price moved.

There are different time frames on the chart which allows you to gain access to information from different view. For example, there's a chart for 4hrs which allows you to view market movement from the past 4 hrs as indicated by the candlestick(which we'll discuss tomorrow)

On any chart, you'll get to do ur analysis using different tools and indicators. These will help you understand better how price has been moving historically, in order to grasp a view of how it will move in the future and spot potential opportunities in the market

One big reason is psychology. A diversified portfolio and more sources of income reduces the pressure to always chase money on the charts.

That means ... what you insinuating( implying) is that is it advisable and important one have like two or three source of income during his or her trading journey in life.

I keep saying it by 2030 -2031. The world will become totally digitalised that business tycoon will no more be using cash for payment instead crypto.
