The buys are coming in, don't miss out.

EUR/USD is currently reacting from a key resistance zone, but this reaction alone doesn't confirm a bearish reversal.

From an SMC perspective, the lower-timeframe order flow remains bullish.

After printing a Change of Character (CHOCH), price delivered strong bullish displacement, breaking through multiple internal structures and establishing higher highs and higher lows. This suggests buyers are still in control.

The current resistance may produce a short-term pullback, but unless bullish structure is violated, it's more likely to serve as a retracement than a reversal.

What to watch:

A pullback into a discount or demand area.

Respect for the most recent protected low.

Continuation toward external liquidity above the current highs.

Remember: Strong resistance doesn't automatically mean "sell." Always align your bias with the prevailing order flow.

In SMC, structure outweighs reaction. Trade the order flow, not the emotion.

After the CHOCH, price broke structure to the upside and has been creating higher highs and higher lows. Buyers are in control

Price has showed continuations after the CHOCH.

As long as the last swing holds, the bullish order flow is intact

Where Price is Likely Headed

The recent highs are areas of internal liquidity, the 1.14816 zone. Price will likely target this area to collect liquidity before any major reverse.

Price is currently trading in the discount of the entire sell range, more reasons why we should be looking for buys.

A pullback into the demand zone below to trade into the premium of our selling range

The CHOCH signaled a shift in momentum from bearish to bullish. Mind you the buys are just temporal buys

I hope to see continuous bullish displacements to compliment the buys to take out internal range liquidity

The huge fair value gap left at the premium was left behind during the sells and that might be what's attracting price to make deep retracements, Hence the buys we anticipate

The most important level on this chart isn't the current high but the the protected low.

As long as that low remains intact, bullish order flow remains valid except a money transfer is printed to the downside.

Price has engineered liquidity for that demand to hold. Institutions often do this to provide liquidity for their moves.

Don't confuse it for a change in direction.

Remember the objective of the buys is to take out internal range liquidity. Price moves from liquidity to liquidity, from external to internal and vice versa.

Keep this mind, not every pullback is a reversal.

Many traders panic when they see a few bearish candles, professionals ask whether market structure has actually changed.

Patience separates disciplined traders from emotional ones.

INSTITUTIONAL NARRATIVE

The story is simple;

Sellers lost control

Buyers created a CHOCH

Displacement confirmed the shift

Price is not targeting internal liquidity

Trade the narrative, not the noise!

INSTITUTIONAL NARRATIVE

The story is simple;

Sellers lost control

Buyers created a CHOCH

Displacement confirmed the shift

Price is not targeting internal liquidity

Trade the narrative, not the noise!

Before Placing a trade, ask yourself:

What is the current order flow?

Where is Liquidity?

Has market structure been broken?

If you can't answer these questions, you're probably trading without a clear narrative.

And who is going to print the money transfer, na printing press? ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Institutions will. Money transfer is just like a change in direction but the way it occurs isn't the usual CHOCH or BOS. look at the chart below

It happens before price goes to mitigate the POI that's to sponsor the continuation move, but it fails that POI and gives change of character

Quoted - kehinde

Pls explain engineering of liquidity and how it is done

Engineered liquidity occurs when the market avoids taking the obvious liquidity (the previous high or low) and instead creates new, temporary liquidity for institutions to use before continuing in the intended direction.

Most times it happens when there's no liquidity in the chart above or below the desired POI

Price will then engineer liquidity before mitigating the designated POI
