EURUSD outlook

The market is currently at a decision point.

Buyers have shown strength.

Sellers have a reason to enter.

The next move could determine whether EURUSD continues higher or begins a deeper bearish retracement.

If sellers enter immediately, the confirmation should be obvious:

• Strong bearish displacement

• Break of short-term structure

• Failure to reclaim the swept area

Without these signs, I won't rush to call the top.

On the other hand, if buyers continue to show strength after the liquidity sweep, EURUSD may still have more upside to deliver.

A sweep does not always mean the move is over.

Sometimes it is simply the next step in the liquidity narrative.

Price has taken out those buyside liquidity

Those zones buyside liquidity but not engineered liquidity levels, price is moving up those were old levels it is only verified if after a sweep the price breaks below, but if it's a break with strong volume and momentum then those areas were just taken out

I like that approach because it lets price confirm the idea instead of predicting it. I'd also pay attention to volume and momentum during the displacement, since a strong break backed by participation usually carries a higher probability of continuation than a weak push.

It just took out those old highs that's why I said it has taken them as liquidity

There are zones for reactions yes I know but untill they prove that , they are just price levels

Sellers would step in first to push price to a discounted level which is my reaction level then a break below 1.14114 is my invalidation level

Price has swept liquidity and broken structure. Sellers have stepped in from already because of the money transfer.

I was to see price print lower highs and lows

The overall trend is bullish, but 15min price action is a reversal to the discount level at 4hr, that level you said money transfer that's the main liquidity sweep level

Yeah

The retracement may take out the last bullish leg on the 4h or 1h because of the money transfer

It was supposed to clear liquidity again but let's wait for NY open proper , holding gold I will close the first entry once it gets to entry level

My sells have been confirmed

I'll be looking out for sells

I will advise for a wait until 5pm because price is just not stable, if not for my second entry in gold would have taken a loss today

Interesting discussion! I'm still building my approach — what's worked for others here?
