EURUSD outlook

Quoted - godspowerdan

EURUSD has shown us the direction through its recent structure.

Liquidity has been taken, and price is now positioned for a potential continuation lower.

The next target remains external liquidity.

The market does not always move straight to its target.

EURUSD may retrace or consolidate first.

But as long as price continues protecting the highs, the bearish narrative remains intact.

The current setup is simple:

Strong low taken ✅

Bearish structure developing ✅

Highs expected to remain protected ✅

External liquidity below identified ✅

Now we wait for price to confirm the next move.

EURUSD is not required to sell immediately.

The market can engineer more liquidity before the next expansion.

But until the protected highs are violated, the bearish bias remains my preferred narrative.

For the bearish narrative to remain valid, I want to see price continue creating lower highs.

The moment the protected high is taken, the current sell-side idea needs to be reassessed.

DXY is actually buying, EURUSD rarely goes the same direction with DXY

Euro is actually reacting to fear because normally euro was supposed to buy dollar is supposed to sell but if you check presently what's happening is that gold is buying as a commodity while euro USD is selling even after we had a bad CPI data which was supposed to push euro up and then pressure on dxy but in this case we are seeing a different scenario so in my conclusion fear is steel dominating

EURUSD has taken out a strong low.

The bearish narrative continues to develop, and now we watch to see if price can continue lower toward the external liquidity below.

Euro USD is still struggling below 1.14282 still waiting for a strong sweep above 1.14282 then break below London low for me to look for sells

Euro is just following structures, that's how I understand the what it's doing

EUR is not just following structure, let's agree that Eurusd is selling against a weaker dollar right? If I tell you that hope you will agree, dollar is fundamentally weak yet EUR is selling against it, that's fear, investors still source for safe heaven, gold is projecting and tech is surging, I just want to see it as a pullback

EURUSD continues to print lower highs and lower lows.

For now, the bearish structure remains intact.

The overall target? External liquidity below.

The market structure is clear:

Lower high.

Lower low.

Another lower high.

Until this sequence is invalidated, the bearish narrative remains active.

EURUSD has not yet given us a reason to abandon the bearish bias.

Price continues to respect the bearish structure, with sellers maintaining control of the order flow.

The main objective remains the external liquidity below.

Price has been moving with a bearish structure, and the question now is whether sellers can continue the expansion lower.

A bearish bias does not mean price must sell every single candle.

EURUSD can retrace higher, create more liquidity, and still continue lower.

The structure is what matters.

Price is currently retracing after the recent bearish move.

The retracement itself is not a bullish reversal.

For the bias to change, price must prove it by breaking the relevant bearish structure.

I don't think price will go higher anymore, it just sold from that resistant level

Euro USD is. Confirm bearish, although my reaction level wasn't tapped but still looking for a good opportunity to short it
