GBPAUD Outlook

Cool

Yeah. there's possibility of sell reaction at the 1.8920 internal resistance level for continuation. But the 1hr trend support is a concern, because it is limiting the sells and can drive a rally to break above the supply zone.

That's very possible because AUDUSD on the other hand is bearish, so GBPAUD should be bullish

It should be, but the move in AUDUSD seems USD sponsored not AUD.

GBPAUD is reacting at the1.8920 price zone like I shared yesterday. A break below the trend support and price will drop massively.

I got stopped out on the sells

Oh. sorry about that.
It's the supply zone I marked out that price reacted it.

Yeah that's very possible

GBPAUD- Price broke the support, retested as a resistance and continued the sells aggressively just like I suspected.
I'm expecting price to reach 1.8695 next week for buys.

GBPAUD SELL SETUP ๐Ÿ“‰

GBPAUD is on my watchlist for sells.

The broader structure remains bearish, with price consistently delivering lower and breaking previous lows.

I'm not interested in chasing price down here, though.

I want the retracement first.

STRUCTURE IS STILL BEARISH

The chart tells the story.

GBPAUD has experienced strong bearish displacement from the highs and subsequently produced another BOS to the downside.

Until price gives me evidence that this structure has changed, my primary interest remains selling retracements.

Trend first. Entry second.

WAITING FOR PRICE TO COME TO ME ๐ŸŽฏ

Current price is around 1.8754, but my preferred sell area is significantly higher.

I'm watching the 1.8793 region.

Instead of selling after an extended bearish move, I'd rather allow price to retrace into an area where I can structure the trade properly.

Patience is part of the setup.

INTERNAL RANGE LIQUIDITY ๐Ÿ‘€

There's IRL around the 1.8780โ€“1.8785 region.

That liquidity could provide the fuel for a deeper retracement before the bearish move continues.

So if GBPAUD starts pushing higher from here, I'm not automatically interpreting that as bullish.

It could simply be price seeking liquidity.

Price is already trading close to the lows.

Could GBPAUD continue dropping without retracing?

Absolutely.

But that doesn't mean I need to chase it.

Missing a trade is cheaper than forcing an entry with poor positioning.

I'll wait for my price.

MY GBPAUD TRADE PLAN

The setup I'm watching:

Bias: Bearish ๐Ÿ“‰

Current price: ~1.8754

POI/Entry area: ~1.8793

Invalidation: ~1.8812

Target: ~1.8732

The trade isn't about predicting the next candle.

It's about waiting for price to reach an area where the risk makes sense.

TARGETING THE LOWS ๐ŸŽฏ

If GBPAUD retraces into my POI and gives me the sell opportunity, my downside objective sits around 1.8732.

Price has already demonstrated bearish intent through the previous BOS.

The question now is whether we get the retracement needed to participate in another leg lower.

A bearish bias doesn't mean I sell everywhere.

That's one lesson trading keeps reinforcing.

I can be completely right about direction and still take a terrible trade because my entry location was poor.

For GBPAUD, I have the bearish bias.

Now I'm waiting for the location.

GBPAUD remains bearish after a clear downside break of structure.

Rather than entering around 1.8754, I'm looking for price to retrace through the internal range liquidity and potentially into my POI around 1.8793.

From there, I'll look for bearish continuation toward the lows.

Potential Entry: ~1.87932

Now I wait.

Where will you be buying from

I'm expecting price to drop down to 1.8695 price level. But if it doesn't, I'll wait for it to invalidate the bearish channel before looking for entries.
