For me I place 3 trades a day and they are always in the morning. The first trade is during the Pre-Frankfurt session (6-7 am), the second is during the frankfurt session (7-8am) and the last one is at the first 5 minutes of the London session (8:00 to 8:05 am)

Have a strict loss limit for the day, and fixed hours for trading. If you hit the loss limit, don't trade anymore for that day.

One day's of losses on a bad day can wipe out weeks of work. Only loss limits can protect you when you are trading badly.

But of course, having the willpower the implement that limit is another thing.

I avoid trading excessively, i place two trades per session. So, during the London session I place only 2 trades. I also reduce the lot size on every trade so If for the first trade I used 0.5 lot size, on the second one I will use 0.1 lot size, third one will be 0.05 lot size etc. By doing this I lower my risk on every subsequent trade I take.

I TAKE JUST ONE TRADE IN A DAY. IF THE TRADE HAPPENS TO BE A WIN, I CLOSE FOR THE DAY. IF THE TRADE WAS A LOSS, I LOOK FOR ONE MORE SETUP THAT MEETS ALL MY CRITERIA AND I WILL EXECUTE.
