In the May 7 report, green in the Actual column means the figure beat expectations (positive) BULLISH, while red means it missed expectations (negative) BEARISH.

No that is not what it means @godswill on April 23 the figure beat forecasts but it was still red. This is not an economic calendar kind of thing.

You are right , Yoks . But I think we also need to know that this week has been characterised by very high Volatility with Bearish and Bullish market trends due to global influential companies like ARM, AMD ,Novo Nordisk ,Uber ,Disney Reporting their Financial earnings in various Sectors such as ; Health care, Global banking, Consumer brands , Travels. Reports like these have massive correlation with liquidity instruments such as Gold, Euro/ USD , Natural gas etc, causing high Volatility situations in the market .

From Economics point of view, it is clear that these Earnings Reportings across these Sections are very favorable with high profit margins on one hand , and unfavorable on the other hand , evidenced by the aggressive Supports then followed by Resistances with the market keeping on Ranging from Monday to Friday, today, giving Traders opportunity to maximize the potentials that the period offers.

The NYMEX exchange opened by 9 30 am American time or 2:30 pm UTC+1 and the pre-open hour range has been boxed out from 1:30 - 2:30 UTC+1. I have taken a short trade using the bearish engulfing that formed near the edge of the box as sell trigger.

@segun NYMEX is the New York Mercantile Exchange, these kind of exchanges focus more on facilitating trading of commodities. The NYMEX is a subsidiary of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange

NYMEX specializes in commodity futures and options, particularly energy products like crude oil, natural gas, and heating oil, along with some metals.

It became a subsidiary of the CME Group (which owns the Chicago Mercantile Exchange) back in 2008 through a merger, and today it operates as part of that larger platform. The distinction is useful because while equity-focused exchanges like the NYSE emphasize stocks, commodity exchanges like NYMEX play a key role in price discovery and risk management for physical goods and resources.

Please what is the best broker for trading natural gas?

@daniel in terms of spread, Trade Nation is the best for me because their spread is 4.0 pips but the disadvantage of Trade Nation is that you cannot trade 0.01 lot size of natural gas you can only trade from 1 lot size and above
