I trade daily for my breakfast money

So, while most peoples goal of trading is to buy a car and live big, mine on the contrary is quite small- just to be able to pay for my breakfast in the morning. I work a day job so I have a salary and I do not exoect too much from trading. This has helped me to keep it simple and take winners once the money is enough to pay for my breakfast. Yeah, I know it may sound funny but I beleive in trading small.

Having a trading goal is good because it stops you from getting greedy. But may I ask, what about the days where you record a loss in the morning, will you try again or will you accept the loss and the fact that you wont be getting breakfast?

😂you guys are funny

Its good not to expect too much from the market, that way you dont get disappointed and self-destruct

if you have a day job, take your salary and divide it by 30 and you will get your daily pay. if you can make a profit worth your daiily pay from the market every day, then you should be content because you are doing well.

I think the best approach to trading should be to slowly grow an account. This will make you more focused on the long-term and not chase daily gratification.

I like this thread because it encourages us to be realistic. Beginners should learn to start small, trade just for your basic necessities, then after a couple of years you can upgrade.
