Kuala Lumpur is 8 hours ahead of London, so when the London session begins in the morning it will be around 4 PM in Malaysia (starting time). When the London session ends in the evening it will be around 1 AM in Malaysia (ending time).

So, the London forex session starts by 4:00 PM and closes by 1:00 AM Malaysian time. However, because the forex market timing is U-shaped, the most busy periods during the London session will be at the first 3 hours and last 3 hours of the London session.

Malaysian traders should prepare for the London forex session starting from 4 pm in the afternoon and ending by 1 am in the morning -Malaysian time.

During this time, they can trade European pairs such as EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF etc. and get better trading conditions including tighter spread & fast moving prices due to higher liquidity in the market at this time.

The golden hours within the London forex session are between 10 pm and 12 pm Malaysian time because this is when the London session coincides with the New York session and lots of traders will be in the market so you see more activity and better pricing.

London opens at 4PM Malaysian time & ends at 12AM. if you count Frankfurt as well, then it starts at 3PM in Malaysia.

These hours change depending on the Daylight Saving Time (DST) in Europe (from months of March to October). When DST is active, the London open is at 3PM Malaysian time.
