Lost some friends due to trading

So, every time I tell my friends I am trading, some of them think I am just throwing money away. They then proceed to ask me to lend them money, some of them will even say "is it not better to lend me the money instead of wasting it on trading?" When i refuse to lend them the money, they get upset and stop talking to me. Who else has had this experience or something similar?

I can relate! Some will even ask you how much you made from trading today and if you can find them something. If you say you made a loss that day they will ask you why you are wasting money.

I stopped telling people I Trade cos of this experience. It’s exhausting sincerely. As a result of not telling people, I have my peace.

I had a friend who traded a demo account for 2 years and he told me he was ready to go live and make real money. When I told him demo experience does not guarantee live trading profitability he said I was a hater.

Some will ask you to teach them trading and then as soon as they lose money when trading live they blame you for introducing them into an unprofitable venture.
