Market Analysis

EURGBP is setting up almost exactly like my EURCAD trade. I have the bearish narrative, but I still need price to confirm it by breaking the immediate internal low. If 0.85662 goes, I’m looking for continuation lower.

Sell Entry: 0.85662

SL: 0.85723

TP: 0.85320

I’m not interested in anticipating this EURGBP move. The internal low at 0.85662 is my trigger. A clean break below it confirms that sellers are regaining control, and that’s where I want to participate.

EURGBP TRADE PLAN:

Price has already reacted from the higher area, but confirmation is still important. I want to see the immediate internal low taken before committing to the bearish continuation.

EURGBP has liquidity sitting below, and the current structure keeps me interested in sells. But having a bearish bias isn't enough—I need price to actually deliver bearish structure. 0.85662 is the level I'm watching.

Break it → sells become active.

This EURGBP setup is another reminder that confirmation matters. Instead of selling simply because price is at my POI, I’m allowing the market to show its hand first. Take the internal low, and I'll follow the bearish delivery.

EURGBP — waiting for the trigger. ⏳

The bearish idea is there, but my execution comes only after the internal low is violated. If price trades through 0.85662, I’ll be looking for continuation toward the external liquidity below.

EURCAD gave me a very similar setup earlier, and now EURGBP is presenting the same type of opportunity. I’m letting structure confirm the direction instead of forcing an entry.

If EURGBP takes out 0.85662, my expectation is for the bearish order flow to continue. The weak low beneath price provides the first liquidity draw, while my broader target remains 0.85320.

EURGBP SELL WATCH 📊

The setup is simple: I need the immediate internal low to break. Until that happens, there is no entry for me. If it breaks, I'll treat that as confirmation that bearish delivery is continuing.

Nzdchf is moving towards the rectangle, to fill up the imbalance

yeah. Mine is in the zone already. I'm waiting for confirmation for entry.
But my SL is 0.4751 and I'll be targeting the low at 0.4698.

Nzdchf hasn't showed any bearish reactions like reversal, but price let's see how price will react to that level

EURGBP UPDATE — STOPPED OUT ❌

The sell setup triggered as planned after price took the internal low, and initially the trade started moving in my direction. Unfortunately, the news completely changed the delivery and EURGBP aggressively reversed higher, taking out my SL.

Setup was valid. Outcome wasn't in my favor. Onto the next.

EURGBP is a good example of why risk management will always matter more than being certain about a setup.

The sells activated and price initially started delivering bearish, but news came in and completely reversed the move.

Result: SL ❌

You can control the entry and the risk. You can't control what price does afterwards.

That EURGBP sell didn't survive the news. 😅

Price took the internal low exactly as I wanted, confirming my sell entry, and started pushing toward the downside target. Then volatility hit and EURGBP exploded higher.

TRADE RECAP — EURGBP

My bearish confirmation came when the internal low was taken. The trade activated and initially moved toward the target, but the subsequent news-driven move completely invalidated the bearish delivery.

Stopped out. No excuses, no revenge trade. I take the loss and reassess structure.

One thing trading keeps teaching me is that a good setup doesn't guarantee a winning trade.

EURGBP gave the bearish trigger I was waiting for. Price started moving correctly after entry, but news caused an aggressive reversal.

EURGBP Sells: -1R ❌

That's part of the game.

EURGBP basically said, "Nice analysis… now watch this." 😂

The internal low was taken, sells triggered and price started heading toward my target. Then the news came and completely flipped the market.

SL taken.

Nothing changes about my process because of one trade.

EURGBP LOSS ❌

This is why I don't judge my trading based on one outcome.

The conditions for my entry were satisfied. The internal low was taken, bearish delivery started, and then a sharp news move reversed everything.

My job isn't to avoid every loss. My job is to consistently execute my edge while controlling risk.
