Price has just been so resilient to get there, still flat until I get a good setup on USDCAD

True though because price can just keep going down without even getting to that zone

when i mean strong buys, I don't mean a trend reversal kind of buys, I'm referring to at least reasonable buy leg which we have not seen this week. Well, price has the final say next week.

The reasonable amount of buy ? Whatever we see as a buy in usdcad should be retracement not buy, looking at that box as every buy should end there

USDCAD CPI news is coming out soon in the next 1hr expect some volatility into that box or a continuation downwards

Yeah

Whichever way you're bearish, the news should at least give you an opportunity to join the sellers

Although the CPI came out very bad skipped expectations badly, so that has given a momentum for an upward movement into the box like I said earlier, so let's watch that zone for reversals

USDCAD- I'll wait to see price invalidate the bearish channel before I'll go long on it, otherwise, I'll wait for the sell continuations.

The money that is being traded in this market are in volumes. Some are bigger than the rest. That's why Impulse legs can't be compared with pullback legs. That doesn't stop the fact that someone can catch the pullback buys and it can fetch a reasonable amount of money.
And most times, Pullback legs can become Impulsive If it's starting from a major key zone.

I don't trade pullbacks I wait for the pullback then trade the main direction of the market, discipline is better than chasing every move, my box is still protected waiting price tag that zone

I trade good pullbacks as well, not all pullbacks If i spot it early enough.
To join the continuation sells, I'll wait for a break below the fractal price level @1.4071 and retest it for a drop down.

There's no major key level aligning with the bearish channel where price is, so two things can happen. Price will create a fractal structure to use (ltf flip zone) around the bearish channel, or continue pushing up outside the channel to retest a strong level then retreat sharply back in, creating a fake out.

From the 30 minutes time frame usdcad is actually trading in my box but I won't take the sell trade yet I will wait for an external 30 minutes liquidity sweep before initiating if only they sweep will occur

Yeah

That's your zone for reactions, once price starts from highs from that zone, you know your sells have come in handy

Yes price is actually inside my box in the 4 hours time frame but I haven't seen a good reaction inside that box so I'll just wait and see price will break into the midpoint of that box and give a good reaction before I now think of selling

Price is rejecting from there, but the rejection will have to be confirmed with a full break to the downside

The market is just manipulative to be sincere, dollar if not dxy is strong, gold is strong and tech is strong, just staying flat now

It's best to stay clear when the market is becoming manipulative, so as to safe guard your peace of mind and psychology

USDCAD- It's good to have strong confirmations before shorting the pair. For me, without invalidation of the bullish channel it has created, I'll still be watching its reaction.
Also expecting it to replicate this pattern.
