True because can just buy from there

But dollar is weak right now thann CAD I want it to break below that rectangle shape , before I look for sells, because it will give me more confirmation

Yeah a break below that structural low will confirm the sells big time

A sweep above that 15min high can also give me a confirmation to go low but the funny part is that price is in a demand zone and I can't sell there, so instead I will wait for there to become a resistance

USD/CAD H4 Market Summary (Technical + Fundamental Outlook)

From the H4 chart, USD/CAD remains in a broader bearish trend, but price has reached a strong support area around 1.4000 and is attempting to bounce. This is a key decision zone, so confirmation from fundamentals is important before taking any trade.

Technical Structure

The market has been making lower highs and lower lows, confirming bearish market structure.

Price is reacting from the 1.4000 psychological support, where buyers have stepped in several times.

The current bounce is only a retracement until price breaks above the last lower high.

A sustained move above 1.4042 may signal stronger buying momentum, while rejection from this level could resume the downtrend.

Sellers are now in charge of the market

A break above 1.41239 gives rise to a trend reversal

USDCAD- on 4hrs, will be expecting Sell continuations, unless price invalidates the 4hr bearish channel.

It is only showing us dollar strength right now, but my invalidation level is at 1.40010 if price breaks below it then I will continue my sells downwards as price is still at the weekly supply zone

Yeah that's true

Price is currently trading towards 1.41239 if that level gets invalidated then price will have more momentum to trade higher

Price is retracing

Price will always retrace

Price is not giving any reaction at all which means EU sell will really delay because USDCAD is slow in it's but ,you can correlate the both of them

Yeah that's true

Let's just hope usdcad buys continue for Eurusd to sell more but I have noticed that USDCAD is always ahead of EU structurally, now usdcad buys were already showing ever since that price will fall on EU now the buys have really matured, which means EU sells will soon set in, and the when usdcad sells starts we should also know that EU buy will start we might get the confirmation from any of them

It's retracing as expected

Usdcad has been In that level for long and that is because of oil price, us oil has declined back to 75 level again, and cad has become very weak so it can't pressure the dollar so price has been just there without a good reaction to break above or break below
