Xauusd trade

There’s an important difference between predicting and executing. I don’t need to know with certainty that Gold will fall. I only need a setup that matches my model, a clear invalidation point, controlled risk and enough potential reward to justify taking the trade. That’s exactly how I’m approaching this XAUUSD sell.

The liquidity below the current XAUUSD price is what interests me most. There’s a clearly defined weak low around 4280, and with bearish structure already established, that low could become the next draw on price. If it gets swept with continued displacement, my final target remains 4244.36.

I’ve done the analysis and taken the position. Now comes the part traders sometimes make unnecessarily difficult: waiting.

Entry: ~4317

SL: 4336.25

TP: 4244.36

Whether this becomes a winner or another loss, my job is the same—follow the plan, respect the invalidation, and judge the process over a series of trades rather than one outcome.

XAUUSD BUY SETUP 🟡📈

Gold buys are on my radar.

Price has retraced into the area I was watching, and I'm now seeing bullish structure developing on the lower timeframe.

My focus is on continuation higher as long as the current demand area remains protected.

HIGHER-TIMEFRAME CONTEXT

Before looking for an entry, I checked the 1H.

Gold made a significant bullish expansion from the lows before entering its current correction.

Price has now retraced considerably from the recent high, so I'm watching for buyers to regain control rather than blindly selling the pullback.

The important part of this setup is location.

Gold has traded back into my marked demand/POI around the 4385–4400 region.

I don't buy simply because price reaches demand, though.

I still need structure to confirm that buyers are actually responding.

INDUCEMENT SWEPT ✅

This is where the 15M becomes interesting.

Price pushed below the marked inducement before reversing higher.

That liquidity sweep is one of the confirmations I wanted to see before considering longs.

Liquidity taken → reaction from POI → now watching structure.

15M BOS CONFIRMATION 📈

Gold has now produced a bullish BOS on the lower timeframe.

That's important.

Instead of trying to catch the exact bottom, I'm allowing price to show me that buyers are capable of shifting the immediate order flow.

The setup is becoming much cleaner.

GOLD BUY — EXECUTION PLAN

My current plan:

Bias: Bullish 📈

POI: ~4385–4400

Entry area: ~4400

Invalidation: Below ~4385

Target: ~4511

I'm looking for the bullish structure to hold and eventually expand toward the liquidity resting above.

This is why waiting for the right location matters.

Buying Gold randomly around 4400 isn't the idea.

The combination of the POI, inducement sweep and bullish BOS gives me a logical location for invalidation below the structure while leaving considerable upside if the move develops.

Risk first. Reward second.

GOLD — TARGETING THE HIGHER LIQUIDITY

If buyers maintain control, my larger objective sits around 4511.

I'm not expecting price to move there in a straight line.

There will probably be retracements and internal liquidity taken along the way.

What matters is whether the bullish structure continues to hold.

The trade idea is straightforward:

Higher-timeframe POI → liquidity sweep → lower-timeframe BOS → bullish continuation.

Now I don't need to manufacture another reason to enter.

The analysis has already given me the conditions I wanted.

From here, it's execution and risk management.
