That 23.8 level is actually a good NTA level, I also want to buy around there, still waiting for NY session to initiate, but will scalp if I see opportunity on a lower timeframe
It helps to minimise risk if you use it for top down analysis, the daily image shows the bearish swing point, wait for price to get above the 61.8 then go down to 1hr use it to identify the change of trend there and mark the present swing point and wait for price to get there and you will see that if you take the trade at 5min timeframe your risk will be little while your reward will be very big to the daily timeframe next swing low you see how simple it is but you need mastery
This is the plan I have, price has made a change of character at a lower timeframe, but still seeking for liquidity so the mark out is my plan for gold, if it doesn't sweep liquidity I won't trade the buys
It's the NY session and price from the 15min timeframe has made a pullback and a bearish break of structure, I anticipate the sells have started, so entered a sell position to trade from that level to the fvg level, I have my invalidation level set at 4064.005 will hold until tp or sl
Why I decided to close the sell is because it's not my original plan, gold may drop down and immediately invalidate that sells since the higher timeframe is already giving a bullish signal, except gold breaks below the yellow and can't break above the internal structure I marked, then continue going down invalidating the higher timeframe bullish move then i will consider the sells
