Which pairs ... are we looking out for this week.

For me, some of the pairs I'll be watching out for are: CADJ, GJ and EN, no USD pairs for now

Dxy has given a clear direction which could be signalling more strength for dxy and it could also be supported by the fundamentals ahead, which is the CPI, although I can say wait for cpi then you can take your trades

Today's issue of debate: Van a trader be profitable with a 30% win rate?

I guess it depends on if those wins are higher than the losses. Let's say out of 10 trades the 7 losses amounted to $100 but just those 3 wins gave up to $500 then I'd say that trader is profitable because he is making more money than he is losing.

Yes. A trader can be profitable with that low win rate but the average risk to reward must supplement for the low win rate. An average of at least 1:3rr and it's profitable. But the reason I do not advice strategies like that is that the losing streaks are a lot and can even get up to 15 losses in a row on rare occasions. It's profitable but I don't recommend.

It's base on your trading strategy, mine I need news to validate my strategy, if I must trade I need news that's why I always track fundamentals all they time because my strategy can't work 100% except a news impact validates it, you know your strategy so stick to it , if yours require you to be out then stay down but mine requires I stay in and trade the news base on my strategy confirmation
