Do I download mt5 from brokers website or playstore?

I just opened an account with fxpro so I dont know if to download mt5 from their website or from playstore...can someone help out?

Hello @odems, you can download MT5 from the brokers website to make the setting up easier and more straight forward. After you download it, you will be required to login with your account number, password and server name which the broker should have sent to your email.

You can also use the web version of MT5 that does not require downloading. Most brokers offer the web version, just login to your personal area, navigate to your trading account section, and click on "launch mt5" or "trade now"

Makes no difference, you can download mt5 from any of the sources.

Its always safer to download MT4 or MT5 from the brokers site

Also avoid downloading trading apps from a link sent to you by someone, you may be downloading a glorified video game that looks like a trading app
