Price reacted from a key level and it has given a change of character

Yeah. spotted that too. Price will likely drive down to last month's low. Will watch out for the sells continuations.

EURAUD is bearish and price is currently retracing into premium of the selling range

Price is erratic on EURAUD- I'll just stay away, although it's giving this bullish narrative. But it might last short term.

EURAUD is bearish, sellers are still in charge

With the Daily closing bullish on that significant support level @ 1.6320, I'll expect it to buy tomorrow.

The 4hr is giving an inverted Head and shoulder pattern formation, but the right shoulder has not formed yet. once a solid bullish 4hr low is formed, then the buys will kick in even if it's pullback buys

I would sell if price breaks below that marked low

If price breaks below that price level, the sells will be stronger. But price will likely close above that level this week.

Maybe, Maybe not. Price may resume next week with a new direction. So i will just wait till next week

Yeah. it's just best to wait till next week.

If price can create a second solid 4hr Low at the level, 1.6331, then the buys will be more otherwise, the sells will continue.

Yeah. it's just best to wait till next week.

If price can create a second solid 4hr Low at the level, 1.6331, then the buys will be more convincing, otherwise the sells will continue.

The bearish move continues as price broke structure downwards this morning

EURAUD is setting up for a bearish continuation. ๐Ÿ“‰

Price has been making lower highs and lower lows, and we just got a clear break of structure to the downside.

Now I'm waiting for price to retrace into my POI.

Sell Limit: 1.62480

SL: 1.62578

TP: 1.62183

Risk: 1%

RR: ~3R

The EURAUD setup is built around structure.

Price broke below the previous low, confirming bearish intent.

Now we have IRL sitting below the supply area I'm interested in.

I'm waiting for price to retrace into the POI before looking for the continuation lower.

EURAUD SELL LIMIT ๐ŸŸฅ

Entry: 1.62480

Stop Loss: 1.62578

Take Profit: 1.62183

Potential RR: ~2.97R

The setup has the confirmations I want:

โ†’ Bearish structure

โ†’ BOS

โ†’ IRL

โ†’ Supply/POI

โ†’ Retracement entry

Now I wait.

I don't want to sell EURAUD at the current price.

Price has already made the bearish move.

Instead, I'm waiting for a retracement back into the area where sellers previously showed interest.

Let price come to me.

If it doesn't reach my entry, no trade.

One thing I pay close attention to in my setups is IRL.

EURAUD has given me that.

We have bearish displacement and an internal range liquidity level before the POI.

That gives the setup more confluence instead of simply selling because the market looks bearish.

EURAUD has already shown its hand.

The market broke structure to the downside after failing to continue higher.

Now the question isn't:

"Is EURAUD bearish?"

The question is:

"Where can I get positioned for the next bearish leg?"

My answer: 1.62480.

TP: 1.62183

I'm risking 1% for approximately 3R.

If price reaches my POI, I'll take the setup according to plan.

If price runs without me, I'll watch it go.

No chasing.
