One mistake I'm actively avoiding is entering just because I know where I think price is going.

Direction alone isn't enough.

I also need location.

EURAUD is retracing toward the 1.61250–1.61335 supply zone.

I'd rather wait for price there and assess the reaction than sell prematurely.

EURAUD remains bearish on my 30M structure.

Price previously delivered a clear BOS to the downside, establishing bearish order flow. The low around 1.60813 is currently weak, which keeps downside liquidity interesting.

Price is now retracing higher.

My main POI sits around 1.61250–1.61335, with the strong high providing the structural invalidation area.

So I'm watching for:

Retracement → POI → liquidity interaction → bearish confirmation → execution.

🎯 Main downside objective: 1.60813

I don't need to predict exactly where the retracement ends.

I need price to reach my area and show me that sellers are ready again.

This is very painful.

And it's still heading down. It's not like it was changing direction or there wasn't liquidity

Can you even imagine this

The trade is going smoothly, that was a very fast delivery, but the euraud trend is really exhausted already price can reverse at any point in time

I was stopped out already

There is lot of manipulation this period, that is why I don't put pending orders untill price has reacted to a certain level

You didn't look for re-entry?

No i didn't and i didn't take it either because i already had two trades running already

Yeah. Expecting it to drop down although price is in a sensitive demand zone.

I don't even trust the sells because it's night already and spread might not be friendly

That's true. Spreads most especially on Minor Pairs are usually crazily wide especially night when trading for the day closes by 10pm.

Euraud is making a turn around, as vix just jumped to 16 and the market is going towards a risk off environment, which will give rise to save heaven demand, risky assets will start falling for sure.... although it's an early signal we must look at other fundamentals and also the us treasury yield and dxy movement for further confirmation
