EURAUD buys

That means it has started retracing

That is the only implication, but still needs further confirmation too, because the vix was at 14 last and as at yesterday it jumped to 16 and now still moving, so I need to see aud index fall more, ECB rate strengthen, then dollar demand increase from tomorrow then I will add other layers holding till next week

EURAUD SETUP ๐Ÿ“‰

EURAUD remains bearish on the 4H.

Price has delivered a strong retracement from the lows, but I'm not interpreting that move as a complete bullish reversal yet.

I'm watching for price to retrace toward 1.6228 before sellers potentially regain control.

The weak low below remains my primary draw on liquidity.

EURAUD is currently pulling back after a strong bullish displacement.

My interest isn't in chasing the move higher.

I'm looking at the 1.6228 region as the potential area where this retracement could terminate and bearish order flow resume.

Patience until price reaches my POI.

EURAUD SELL PLAN ๐Ÿ“Š

Potential Entry: 1.62284

Stop Loss: 1.62543

Take Profit: 1.60817

I'm looking for price to retrace into the marked 4H area before considering execution.

No retracement, no trade. I don't need to chase price.

The bigger picture on EURAUD is what interests me.

We've already seen significant bearish delivery, and the recent rally has brought price back toward an area where sellers could potentially re-enter.

If 1.6228 is respected, I'm looking for another expansion lower toward the weak low.

EURAUD is a good example of why I separate retracement from reversal.

A strong move higher doesn't automatically make the market bullish.

Until price gives me enough structural evidence to invalidate the bearish narrative, I'm treating this rally as a potential retracement into supply.

EURAUD TRADE IDEA ๐Ÿ“‰

Entry: 1.62284

SL: 1.62543

TP: 1.60817

Risk โ‰ˆ 25.9 pips

Potential reward โ‰ˆ 146.7 pips

R:R โ‰ˆ 1:5.7

The numbers are attractive, but R:R alone isn't enough. I still want price to confirm the setup.

There's liquidity on both sides of EURAUD right now, but the weak low around 1.6082 is what I'm focused on.

My ideal scenario is straightforward:

Price retraces higher โ†’ reaches my POI โ†’ sellers respond โ†’ bearish delivery resumes โ†’ weak low gets attacked.

Now I wait to see whether price actually follows that narrative.

One thing I'm avoiding on EURAUD is entering too early.

Price is currently around 1.6169, while my ideal sell area sits considerably higher.

I'd rather miss the trade than manufacture an entry simply because I already have a bearish bias.

Location first. Execution second.

The 4H bearish structure is still the foundation of this setup.

I'm looking for the current bullish retracement to push toward 1.6228, where I'll reassess price action.

If that area produces the reaction I'm looking for, 1.60817 becomes my downside objective.

EURAUD is setting up nicely, but nothing is guaranteed.

My current plan:

Sell: 1.62284

SL: 1.62543

TP: 1.60817

The weak low below provides the liquidity objective, while the area above defines my invalidation.

Now comes the most important part of the setup:

Waiting for price to come to me.

I am still holding the euraud but since yesterday, Aud is not buying fast, but EURaud is selling fast and GBPAUD is not also selling fast carrying out a cross currency correlative strength I discovered that ECB rate couldn't hold the EUR strong for longer that is why you see the reaction but i still maintain a bullish stand because if AUD sells continue then EURaud buy will definitely resume

Yeah it is

Getting closer to CPI price is now reversing a little bit higher, a reclaim if the previous weak high, then price will continue higher
